Since you guys are so familiar with the Big 12, we as Hoosier fans (in the Big 10) want to know how Kelvin Sampson continues to pull down big recruits under a cloud of violations. Don't get me wrong, we're glad to have him running the show at I-U, but what is his appeal to recruits?
